Stock Market Predictions:

Current Predictions (2026):

  • The Fed holds at 3.75% to 4.00% at its October 27-28 meeting, then hikes to 4.00% to 4.25% in December.
  • Oil keeps a geopolitical risk premium while Iran / Houthi / Saudi tensions persist, with Brent holding above $100. Energy and defense lead in that tape; airlines and transport margins get squeezed if oil stays above $110.
  • The AI trade splits: the market rewards cash-flow-backed AI spending and punishes debt-funded AI infrastructure. Another disappointing hyperscaler capex guide triggers a sharp Nasdaq pullback, not a broad tech collapse.
  • Mergers & Acquisitions stay prime for cash-rich strategic buyers. Banking, Retail, Oil & Gas, and Technology consolidation continues, especially in companies that were once Small or Mid-Caps but have since become Micro-Caps. Leveraged PE stays selective while rates rise.
  • The DXY stays firm near 101-102 while the Fed hikes and oil rises, a headwind for US multinationals and a relative tailwind for domestic earners.
  • Inflation stays above the Fed's 2% target into 2027, keeping rate-sensitive names — housing, small caps, and high-multiple growth — under pressure, and keeping the 10-year near 5% as a cap on multiple expansion.
  • Expect headline volatility into the November midterms, with tariff and policy headlines moving sectors on some days more than earnings do.

Past Predictions:

2025:

  • $RDDT plummets to below $40 because it is way overvalued from its peak of ~$80 in late '24.
  • I expect the markets to continue to fall another 10+% in Q2 (S&P 500 sits at 5,074 as of 5 April 2025).
  • Mergers & Acquisitions are prime for the taking by many corporations and PE Firms. As many stocks will become heavily discounted, thus making the already hurting stock even more enticing.
  • Industries I expect to see consolidation include: Banking, Retail, Oil & Gas, and Technology. Especially keeping an eye on companies that were once Small or Mid-Caps but have since become Micro-Caps.
2024:
  • $RRGB gets bought out by a private equity firm (such as Apollo).
  • $GT has a big move to the upside due to their undervaluation and being the #1 leading manufacturer of tires. They need to improve margins.

Investment Strategies

Essentially, we buy undervalued companies and sell them when they reach an ideal valuation.

Balance Sheet: cash and liquidity, total debt and maturities, net debt, working capital, and whether the balance sheet can fund the plan without dilutive raises.
Cash Flow Statement: operating cash flow, free cash flow, earnings-to-cash conversion, capex intensity, and whether growth is funded by operations or by debt and share issuance.
Valuation — P/E and Book Value (BV): trailing and forward P/E, price-to-book, price-to-sales, and EV/EBITDA, each checked against the company's own history and against peers.
Ratios: gross, operating, and net margins; ROE and ROIC; current and quick ratios; debt-to-equity, debt-to-EBITDA, and interest coverage.
Historical: revenue, earnings, margin, and cash-flow trends across cycles, prior downturns and recoveries, and price history versus fundamentals — not just the last quarter.
Insiders: open-market buys and sells, cluster buying, and whether management is buying weakness or selling strength.
Expectations: earnings estimates, guidance, analyst revisions, and what the market is already pricing in versus what we think the company will actually deliver.
Proprietary Data and Analysis and Tracking: our own valuation engine and watchlists, tracked company by company — price versus intrinsic value, thesis, catalysts, and updates after every earnings report and filing.
DCF: projected free cash flow, discount rate, terminal value, and sensitivity cases. We buy only with a margin of safety to our DCF value, and we sell when price reaches our ideal valuation or the thesis breaks.
